📦 Shipping Info

All items on our website are made-to-order, which means we create each product just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best possible quality.

Our team processes orders all the working days, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We use the following shipping carriers: EMS, YunExpress and Local Post.

⏰ Shipping & Handling Times (Business Days)

Please refer to the table below for our product processing times and expected shipping times for both the US and the rest of the world:

Processing Time: 15-45 days (according to different products)

Shipping Time (US): 10-20 days

Shipping Time (Rest of the World): 13-25 days

We recommend that you reserve 60 days for product booking to allow sufficient time for our artists to create the product, ensure product quality, and handle any unexpected logistics issues.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. The delivery service will provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and all required information to track your package.

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn't updated within the standard time frame listed above, please contact our customer support team, and we will help you locate your order.

💰 Import Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Please note that import duties, taxes, and unexpected charges are not included in our shipping fees. These charges vary from country to country, and we are not responsible for them. We recommend contacting your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
